Our return policy lasts 7 days, after receipt of the package.



Damage and problems

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

If your jewelry is faulty, a new parcel will be sent to you free of charge and you can keep your original order!



Exchanges

What if the product doesn't fit? You don't like the colors? or any other reason, we're here for you!

Simply contact our customer service department at contact@inaheboutique.com to start the exchange procedure.

You can return the jewel(s) to the following address: 31 rue Bossuet, 69006 Lyon, France. Send the parcel to INAHE BOUTIQUE.

Once the parcel has been received, we will be able to send you back the jewelry of your choice or simply refund you the full amount of the jewelry originally ordered.

 

Refunds

Contact us at contact@inaheboutique.com to initiate a refund procedure. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within two business days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
